Terms.

• The price is $497, paid once, in full, before we start building. There is no monthly fee from us.
• Your domain is separate. You buy it and renew it with your own registrar, in your name, and pay them directly.

To build your site we need your photos, your links and the text you want on it. To launch it, we connect your domain with you on a short call, or you add the records we give you. We never ask for your passwords.

By sending anything to us, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, and everyone shown in your photos is at least 18.
• You own the photos and text or have permission to use them, including permission from everyone shown.
• Nothing you send is illegal, infringing, non-consensual, or shows anyone under 18.

No sexually explicit images anywhere on the site, including the VIP page. The site points fans to the platforms where your paid content lives; those platforms handle their own age and identity checks. Front-page photos and gallery photos must be safe for social media. If a photo doesn't fit these rules, we'll ask you for another or move it.

• We aim to send you a preview of your site within 24 hours of receiving your completed setup form, and to launch within 7 days of your approving it. These times are estimates. Delays in sending photos or links, or in connecting your domain, move the dates.
• Before launch, you get one round of changes to the design and content, sent together in one message.
• We launch once you approve the preview and your domain is connected. If we haven't heard back 7 days after sending the preview, we treat it as approved.

• You manage your own links, photos, promotions and profile from the dashboard.
• For 14 days after launch, we make small changes for you on request (text, link order, photo swaps) at no charge.
• If something we built stops working the way it's described here, we fix it at no charge, for as long as we host your site.
• After those 14 days, changes you ask us to make that you could make in the dashboard, and new features or pages, are quoted separately.

• Hosting is included at no monthly charge for as long as we offer the service.
• If we ever stop hosting creator websites, we'll give you at least 60 days' notice and a copy of your site's content (text, links and photos) so you can move it. Your domain stays yours.

• Yours: your domain, your photos, your text, your links, and your visitor data.
• Ours: the website design system, code and dashboard we built and host. You may use them for your site while we host it. If you leave, you keep your domain and content; the code stays with us.
• We may show your site as an example of our work only with your permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time.

• We build the front page to be safe for social bios, but nobody can promise how Instagram, TikTok or any platform will treat a link or an account. If a platform limits, restricts or removes your account or your link, that is not covered by a refund.
• Sending fans from Instagram or TikTok to their phone's real browser depends on those apps. Some apps may block it; when they do, fans see a prompt to open the link themselves.
• We don't promise any amount of traffic, followers, subscribers or earnings.

The VIP page asks visitors to confirm they're 18 or older before entering. This is a self-declaration, not identity or age verification. You're responsible for making sure your VIP links and offers follow the laws where you and your fans are, and the rules of the platforms you link to.

• You get a private login to your dashboard. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for changes made with your login.
• With your OK, we keep support access so we can help when you ask.

We may pause or remove a site, after telling you why, if it shows content that breaks section 3, if we're required to by law or by our hosting provider, or if a payment is reversed or charged back. Where the problem can be fixed, we'll give you a chance to fix it first.

• Full refund if you cancel before we start building.
• Full refund if we can't deliver what section 1 describes.
• After launch, no refund. We fix anything that doesn't work as described (section 5).

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything related to your website is limited to the amount you paid us. We aren't responsible for lost earnings, lost followers or account actions taken by other platforms.

Arizona law governs these terms, and exclusive venue lies in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these terms for future customers. Changes don't take away anything already promised to you without your agreement.
