1. Pilot scope and price
The pilot is a one-time, $750 post-production engagement for one creator. Payment is due in full before onboarding and production.
The contracted batch is 30 premium video edits of up to six minutes each, 2 themed compilations of 10–20 minutes each, 12 promotional teasers of 6–12 seconds each, and 12 cover images: 56 deliverables in total, including 32 sellable videos. Output length, themes, crops and formats remain subject to what the validated source footage can reasonably support.
Creator Clips may review up to the first eight hours of submitted source footage for the pilot. Strategy, filming, posting, scheduling, account management, messaging, sales, pricing, editable project files and unlisted formats or effects are excluded unless added in writing.
2. Ordering and validation sequence
The workflow is fit call → fit and scope confirmation → terms acceptance → $750 payment → onboarding and upload → file validation → production. Payment is handled after the call, not through the public website.
The fit call confirms agency and business fit, answers questions and aligns on the pilot scope. It is not a manual pre-booking footage review. The customer remains responsible for confirming that at least two hours of usable, accessible and authorized source video exists. Creator Clips does not represent that it manually reviewed or approved the source library, a delivery date or library-specific output feasibility before payment.
Production timing starts only after onboarding is complete and the uploaded source files pass validation.
3. Customer source-material obligations
The customer must provide accessible original files, accurate production instructions and enough varied, technically usable footage to support the contracted batch.
The customer represents that it is authorized to contract for the project and to provide every submitted file for editing; that all depicted persons are adults; and that all required rights, licenses, releases, notices and consents have been obtained.
Customers must not submit corrupt, malicious, unlawful, exploitative, infringing, non-consensual, unauthorized or under-18 material.
4. Failed validation and insufficient libraries
Validation may identify files that cannot be opened or accessed, are corrupt, technically unusable, materially different from the qualification answers, unauthorized or prohibited, or collectively incapable of reasonably supporting the contracted outputs.
If that occurs, Creator Clips may pause production and notify the customer. The parties will use the applicable remedy: replacement footage, a mutually agreed revised scope, or cancellation with a refund for undelivered work.
If editing has not begun, cancellation under this section receives a full refund. If editing has begun, the refund is limited to the undelivered portion of the work. A draft that is technically unusable because of Creator Clips’ work does not count as delivered. Refunds are initiated within seven business days after the remedy is agreed or cancellation is confirmed.
5. Timing, review and revisions
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after the uploaded files pass validation. Delivery dates are estimates unless a written order expressly states that a date is binding. Customer delay, incomplete instructions, replacement footage, access problems and validation failures extend the schedule.
The pilot includes one consolidated revision round submitted by one authorized approver. Corrections required because Creator Clips failed to follow the agreed scope do not consume that revision round. New creative direction, new source files after production starts, additional rounds or added outputs require separate written scope and pricing.
6. Confidentiality, use and retention
Customer source material and project files are treated as confidential and used only to perform work for the customer. Creator Clips will not use them for publicity, portfolios, generative-AI training or unrelated model training without separate written permission.
While the customer continues working with Creator Clips after the pilot, source footage is kept so new clips can be cut from it. Source and working copies are generally deleted within 30 days after the working relationship ends. Final files are generally available for 60 days after delivery. The customer is responsible for downloading and preserving its final files.
7. Results and governing terms
Creator Clips provides post-production deliverables and does not guarantee sales, revenue, reach, platform approval or business results. The customer controls distribution, pricing, posting, account operations and monetization.
The pilot is offered to U.S. business customers. Arizona law governs these terms, and exclusive venue lies in Maricopa County, Arizona. Any written order or invoice controls over these terms only where it expressly identifies the conflicting provision.
